This is the online development Manual for the Audacity 2.0 series. It relates to the latest alpha development code, not the current Audacity release.
- To access the installed Manual for the current release of Audacity, use the Help menu. You can download and install the Manual for the current release if the Manual is not installed.
- Editing of the Manual is done online and is only available to approved members of the Audacity community. If you would like to contribute to the Manual, or have comments about its content, please write to our feedback address.
- Translators for the Manual are urgently required. Please write to our feedback address if you can help.
