Depth
Determines the range of frequencies that are swept through by the bandpass filter. Higher values will give more variation in the sound quality over a complete LFO cycle. Lower values will give a more constant sound effect.
- I'm not sure that this is quite correct. It seems to imply that the "Depth" control will adjust both the upper and lower frequency limit of the filter sweep, but this does not appear to happen.
- The "Depth" control appears to only control the upper limit of the sweep. The lower frequency limit seems to be unaffected by this control (though it is affected by the "Wah Frequency Offset" control). Steve the Fiddle
JamesCrook I assumed that low-limit = offset, upper-limit = offset+depth. So depth = 0 means limits are the same and no variation. If that is wrong, or you have a better way to say what actually happens, please change the wording on the main page.
