Toolbars Overview

Here we have a proposed Toolbars Overview page, like we have for menus and preferences. I found it disconcerting that menus and preferences have overview pages but toolbars and project window don't. The only link to this page is above the list of toolbars in the reference section of the main page.
This is pretty ugly, but I think it would look OK if all the images were from the same OS.

ToDo - decide if we want this page at all; if so how we want it to look. Also decide on consistent look for the toolbar family of pages.

I think this is a valuable page. I added a picture for the Device toolbar. As far as "ugly" and looking better if all the images were from the same OS, I propose that each toolbar have three images (or more, depending), one each from Mac, Linux and Windows..
