Error: Resampling

This is essentially a landing page in the Manual for the handling of errors (via a help button) that occur in the Audacity application.

This is a rare error, seldom encountered.

Resampling failed

This only happens if resampling attempts to resample samples it does not have or if the resampler says it has produced a negative number of samples.

How that could happen beats me [James]. I [James] think the code is in there because the developer couldn't prove that that never happens.
